Well the Head Buzzard of The House, who is now running for Congress in Arkansas is bragging about how he lead the fight to raise tobacco taxes.  Now I ask you is this the kind of tax buzzard even if he is Democrat that you want for Congressman representing your interest in Washington, as a smoker I sure as hell don’t?  Nor do I want the First Buzzard of Arkansas deciding my best interest and no I will not show him any respect by calling him Governor.

Because of the tobacco tax in Arkansas even the small 1 and one half oz Prince Albert tobacco has raised to 4.00 dollars a pack, obviously this is a Gold Mine for Manufacture’s and Retailers alike.  The other day I read a news story about a property owner suing the city tax collector because taxes were being accessed on gas from the property because the gas company had already paid the taxes.  Well it seems to me the States and Government is doing the very same thing to consumers of tobacco products, because tobacco companies have already paid the taxes on tobacco.
